CLASSES
FLOW
Flow is designed for clients first time and beginners.
This session will be slower in terms of showing and explaining each exercise step by step, the exercises themself will be at level 1 basis (however we always offer options to regress and progress exercises to suit your level).

If it is your first time please arrive 5 minutes early so that this gives the instructor enough time to show you the Reformer and answer any questions you may have.
​
You will be made to feel very comfortable and confident throughout the session, we know it can be nerve racking trying something new, but we promise you will leave feeling amazing and ready to book more!

MIXED ABILITY
Mixed Ability is designed for clients of all levels. we would recommend that if it is your first time to try and book a FLOW session first.
Your instructor will have regressions and progressions for each exercise to suit your level, exercises will be explained in detail so that you are being educated on how to execute them safe, effectively and correctly.

STAMINA
Stamina is designed for clients of an intermediate to advanced level
Sessions will be slightly quicker in terms of the flow into each exercise. The instructors will always offer regressions and progressions for each exercise.

MUMMA'S & BUBBA'S
Mumma's & Bubba's is designed for mummy's & daddy's who are unable to get childcare but still deserve to workout and have some them time!
All levels are welcome. our Instructors are really patient and tentative should your little one have a cry.
We please ask that your baby is either in a pram or car seat, if they cant crawl or walk its fine for them to be on a blanket next t you. If your baby is older we please ask that they are sat on the sofa in the studio and do not touch any of the equipment.

In each session you will always be focusing on the 6 main principles of Pilates which are Concentration, Control, Centring, Breathe, Flow and Precision as well as improving the alignment and awareness of your body, posture, balance and mind to body connection.
​
During each exercise, the instructor will explain in detail the benefits and which muscles you should be activating.
